I had the opportunity to work with the Software Engineering Team at Lowe's for about 5 months.
As a contracted Item management I developed high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, and interface for the mobile website and home website at Lowe's. In collaboration of 5 people in the team I have gather all information to develop strategies to improve the social media integration and marketing initiatives at Lowe's home Web and Mobile experience.

Website and Mobile app: Customer Review Redesign
Problem: Lowe's Blinds and Shades webpage have customize option to buy their product. This helps their customers adjust dimension , colors and shippings. As a contracted item management I further investigated the online tools to have an understanding how Lowe's can improve their customer experience. I came up with a simple explanation.
Process: To understand users when ordering online their blind and shades, I have research and conducted an experiment where I have collected customer reviews and usability testings on the current website. My research had all the information and integrate several root problems and potential solutions through affinity mapping and user journeys.

When conducting the research it showed that consumers frequently refer to customer reviews to make their purchasing decisions. It was divided into 5 categories when purchasing their products. Out of 1289 customers each service only value by 2 stars it was split between service, value of the product, shipping, returns and quality.
Customer's reviews define the choice of whether to buy the product or not. The context of each review explain the product functionality and aesthetics.
My Theory:
a product must both function well and exhibit good design with attributes like beauty, smart ergonomics, and a form that aids in function.
The Market research and data shown that customer reviews are significant revenue for the consumer . I looked at e-commerce competitors that were successful due to their active community of online reviewers.

Website and Mobile app Overview:
Solution: I examine the website and Mobile with a simpler look that might solve the problem of customer's experience.
Social media has changed how people view products. When the website have videos review or photos the product was more successful. People care more about social cause. If Lowe's would add campaign customers will have a different perspective of how they view Lowe's as a company. Social media is increasing will a lot of influencers that are gold to the market world. Also understanding that tech leaders such as Facebook, instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat are focusing more on rolling out video features, we suggested the UX team integrate a video function to their customer reviews.
